I loved my stay at the hotel! The location was perfect, close to Christchurch and within walking distance of restaurants and the beautiful Hagley Park. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff always ready to help. The dining options around the hotel were diverse and delicious, adding to the overall great experience. However, the rooms were a bit small and not as convenient, especially for multiple couples sharing two rooms.
The hotel rooms were comfortable and clean, despite a slight smell issue. They were surprisingly spacious and had a nice bathroom. The staff, while very nice and hospitable, struggled with multitasking. The location was excellent for easy access to various amenities and attractions. The dining experience, although beautiful, had some minor issues like missing bowls and reheating food. Overall, a pleasant stay with some room for improvement.
